I'm a bit late this week. I usually plan a bit further ahead, but I'm falling behind! I must get on top of it, I must get on top of it! Anyway, here are mine for the week:
Monday: Yellow Thai Curry with Prawns and a small portion of rice
Tuesday: At Mum's, and she'll probably do gammon steaks for us
Wednesday: Shepherd's Pie with veggies
Thursday: Omelettes with a choice of fillings
Friday: Chilli con Carne with homemade baked potato wedges
Saturday: Leftover Chilli put through pasta or in toasted sandwiches
Sunday: Roast Chicken Dinner
Lunches are sandwiches, yoghurts, cheapy cakes and (in my case) the 10p packets of noodles made up in tupperware pots from the kettle at workAny desserts are going to be yoghurts and chocolates leftover (still!) from Christmas
Have a good week everyone
