Thanks Stokey, just got off the phone to Southend Court and I have to pay 120 to appeal against the stay!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this, I am so upset:mad:
They are wrong I would advise you to go back to them and say that as the order was made without you being heard and you have the right under CPR Part 23 to apply to the court to vary the order and that is what you want to do. In which case the fee is only £65As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -

Please try and calm down. I know its upsetting but stress does nasty things to the body and you need to try and approach these problems methodically.
Have you checked to see if you are exempt or can apply for remission (pay less) of court fees ? There is information here to help:
Exemption from Court Fees
The linked page deals with exemption and if you click to the next page there is information about remission and how to apply for it.
Hope that helps0 -

What does that mean exactly?
If you pay the £120 you can go to court - does that mean you would win your money back????
Can you lose the £120 if they say no?
and is £120 apply to everyone who wants to appeal against the stay or does it depend on how much you are applying for - I'm guessing it's just the one price fits all.
I'm not claiming that much in the first place so it's not worth it... does it get refunded if you win?
arrrrgggg....
Is it too late to say yes to RBS £135 offer rather than start mycol - I did say I would accept as a partial payment and sent this in the LBA letter.
Can I change my mind?

i sent the second court threat letter to my other bank on the 18th July.
Obviously I gave them 14 days to respond.
Do you think I should just put in a Court Claim immediately for this one also just in case ? I don't think they will reply.
