EDIT: Just noticed, out of stock at present, sorry !0 -
They reviewed some the other week on that sunday bbc prog, something for the weekend.
Here they are:

Top reviews too, judging by all the comments. What with the airlines charging you for everything....they'll be charging you for what you've got in your pockets soon!
Am tempted to get them.0 -
Or there are these for around a fiver delivered:

Don't be fooled into thinking that 'digital' means 'accurate'. I would be surprised if any of these things were any more accurate than your bathroom scales, and probably less so.
And if you were thinking of using them to argue the toss at the check-in desk...
Check-in scales are not always accurate. We came back from Boston USA a few months ago. We checked the weight of our luggage at the airport set-down point they were all within the 23kg limit. At the check-in desk we were told 2 of our bags were overweight. After challenging this the bags were weighed on another set of scales and both were ok. The original scales were weighing about 25% high. We now have a $150 dollar discount voucher from American Airways in our file.0 -

Much less accurate in my experience. Agree with teeb's method.monkeyspanner wrote: »Check-in scales are not always accurate. We came back from Boston USA a few months ago. This might save you some money if you are thinking you might buy lots of stuff while you are away.
As you are packing place some argos or other old catalogues amongst your clothes 2 or 3 of them weigh quite heavy. Then leave them in the hotel room or find a bin for them at the end of your holiday.
I know this is no way as accurate as buying the correct scales for the job but, unless you travel often, would it be worth it?DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024

Don't bother with these ones. The hook is too small to attach anything to it and certainly not a suitcase.0 -

Mine have arrived now - £5.23 each, delivered. They're perfect for the job, and weigh up to 40 kilos. Light enough to take with you, and if the hook is too small for your suitcase, you simply use a strap or something similar.0
