I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!
Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:0 -
Evening. I'm just back from the Gynae ward after being referred by my GP. I went to the GP with my back (it's been really sore for a fortnight now) and she palpatated my ab as well which was really painful. Anyway, I've had a vaginal ultrasound and they've found the sac but can't see anything in it. This absence (if it's correct) may be why I don't have any pg symptoms. I have to go in again for a "proper" ultrasound on Monday so I'm trying not to be too negative but feel prepared for the worst. All prayers and baby dust welcome.

Machairs - all the best. I've read about U-S scans showing empty sacs before and in some cases it is just the baby hiding or your dates are not as early as you think so the baby is too small. Keep positive.
Does anyone find they get pains when they're having tummy trouble or wind? I seem to be getting real discomfort but then going to the loo makes it go away.£4000 challenge
