I've won judgment, but before I throw good money after bad and waste another £55 to issue a warrent, can anybody give me the contact details for the bailiffs please. I've looked through this forum, but I can't see it, this must be one of the longest forums on moneysavingexpert.:money:
http://www.netlawman.co.uk/courts/bradford-combined-court-centre.php
Bailiff enquiries : 01274 843557
Case progression enquiries : 01274 843512
Numbers I have used and they are most helpful

Just seen that mobile outlet has gone under, so there is no point now in claiming, instead it means court action if they have anything left.
You can see the announcement here

Also interesting is the IMPDA which i have seen on this forum, looks like they are going to make some form of announcement on the 20th, they are also on MBmagazine here http://www.mbmagazine.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2842&Itemid=2
If they have something they are going to do to stop all this they have my vote, we will have to see what they say first.
I suppose it now means i will have to go to court now to get my money, cos i cant see i will get anything from mobileoutlet now0 -

What does this mean for someone who has already had an MCOL accepted by the Court. TMO are still within their 14 days to reply, or has this statement quoted above enabled them to wriggle out of their cash back commitments.0 -
This is the biggest load of rubbish I ever heard. How does all that explain why they accepted my 2nd claim on 6th September and didn't pay and my 3rd one on 30th Oct and didn't pay? And doesn't justify them ignoring acceptance of my 4th and 5th and not answering 100 e-mails I've sent? The lies they tell just get more elaborate.0

Where did you get that it's gone under from? Nothing on the article specifically says so, it is a delaying tactic it seems but no mention of it going under??2p off is still 2p off!0 -

Having your MCOL "accepted" at the court is no guarantee you will get paid even if you subsequently win the case.
This latest development does look as though spending any more money trying to get paid (either for MCOLs, hearing fees or applying for warrants to enforce any judgements already obtained) will just be a waste of more money.
Better to now concentrate efforts on limiting your losses by appealing to your network to allow you to downgrade your tariff to a cheaper one.0 -

This is poor advice.
In the light of these announcements there is no point spending any money on court action now.
The courts cannot get blood from a stone!0 -

Quentin thanks for your advice don't worry I transferred my 2 phones to a cheaper tariff way before Christmas. So the money I submitted the MCOL for is a one off. I've no intention of getting my fingers burnt again.0 -
Curses, submitted my warrant request yesterday before I saw the news. Oh well, not much I can do now0
