I feel both famous, yet strangely humbled.
This must be very similar to what the pope feels I imagine.
You've got your own blog, 110 Thanks on the OP and my sig excites you?
I have to say the pope would probably be feeling fairly troubled to be in the sig of the Vice of Reason.0 -
I do think theres a place here to be critical as well as supportive. The positive praise and encouragement is genuine and productive, but yes, prehaps what may be more valuable to Max now may be some suggestions and constructive criticism.
As experiences unfold, I would like to hear more about how the reality ties into the feelings and perceptions which first prompted you to put finger to keyboard and create this thread in the first place. It might be useful to take a moment to revisit that place you were in, almost a month ago now, and draw some comparisons with your current viewpoint.
As i have been mostly drinking Vodka and wathing Top Gear on the iplaye for the last hour I may pass on that till tomorrow and a degree (at least) of sobriety.
Cue Dopster telling me to sell the vodka and drink out of puddles from now on. :money:

I keep thnking Imight get that one I like as an incentive dress.:o
Someone is sueing someone on my behalf at the moment...but, you know what? That's usually the sign to move on.
The new 'venture. is the bestest though.....OH changing stuff tomo, whole new look being collected from factory next week, another new look in pieces on the floor in workroom. Not one bit of fluro in sight.
It's a treadmill.
If things go t1t$ up, I will write about it too and sit in the garden reading.
I am envious of Maxes reading time in the garden.
Let me know which incentive dress? I have a load of samples...can post you one.0 -

This is my incentive dress
It only comes in a size 10.0 -

Yummy print..looks loosish...could go to 12?
Yeah I'm hoping that the dress might stretch a size and I might shrink a size before the twain meet.
The print is outrageous isn't it. Its from my friend's MA collection, she hand-draws it all herself then has it digitally printed onto silk. The reason it only comes in a size 10 is because (unbelievably) she only learned to pattern cut when I did last year and she's not quite grasped the basics of grading yet!!0 -
