I much prefer this thread when its happy. which is odd, because its not a happy subject, but it became so nice and supportive.

It is unfair to ostracize someone for holding a different viewpoint from your own.
Max blog is unlikely to make money. True.

Lovely of you to say so. Maybe if I work long and hard enough at it my humble offerings will become almost as eloquent and interesting as yours, eh? ;)

I consider it constructive advice in an easy to understand format.
dopester said it in a more polite manner and received ridicule (from you) for it.

ETA: I have inadvertently disturbed your chit chat with the supportive ladies. Apologies. As you were...

But why quote me to instigate this point when I stuck up for dopester on this thread?

fwiw I think without dopester the thrad wouldn't have become what it came, andout of that came support for max. Everyone's a winner.

I'm pretty sure dopeseter saw my teasing for being just that, friendly teasing. He's thanked me. And I've thanked neither he nor Max when I thought they stpped over the line with each other. Its hard to get it right when people are talking about deeply held convictions that conflict. So I tease instead, hoping to inject some fond humour.:o

And this thread has just passed a thousand posts!! (And the initial post has now had over a hundred "thanks"!!) :T

I think it's turned into a little community all of its own (or maybe a sitcom at least).

I wonder if anyone else still reads it other than the "players" involved? :D

LiR, you will from now on always be the Vice of Reason to me. :D

'tantrums, tears and tiara's', and all from the male posters. Come back Dopester and everyone can kiss and make up. :kisses:
