Rang them back and they said that on my credit file it is showing one ccj and one default not satisfied from 2005. I know they are both satisfied but my credit file is saying something else. So I need to sort that out. She did say that once they are shown as satisfied I could reapply again and go for the card with the 100.00 deposit. Glad I phoned back now as I can fix my credit report at least. Thanks.
at least its a step forward and tells you what to fix, you might get better once youve sorted those out too0 -

No I have no credit cards. I have been debt free for 2 years now and have a basic bank account which has been upgarded by Natwest to a current account before it was a step account so I need to sort that out this month. I had really really bad credit in the past but that is all behind me and I am trying to rebuild it. Not easy.0

have you applied for vanquis or any of the other cards mentioned on the thread, might be worth a try applying
what sort of things are they asking? lol0 -
Well I called and asked to appeal their refusal - just have to write a letter in. Should I include a pay slip or something?0
