Usually its taken seperately before they issue the card....

got to send check or postal order, dont mind the deposit, have a whole different way of thinking these days so i know it will be ok

ah right, thats not so bad then, well done, capital 1 seem to be really fussy about letting their customers have a higher credit limit.
