    Waves
    Runs out
Has my clothes on but has a takeaway on route
Had a manic day to the point where my head is hurting :/

I'm with lantana I've lost 5 stone (ok I'm stagnating a bit at the mo but I'm keeping it off and not gaining it back and what I gain I lose again) following the old plan loosely
I've always had fat roasties/bacon fat/ extra syns/ takeaways etc never measured milk or hexs out because I can always do that if I'm struggling to lose weight later on - now I can follow to the letter and I know I'll lose
Im not switching to new plan sorry sw but the old ee fits me and my life better as does the extra green day option - I'm against cutting out carbs and then effectively carb loading which results in a weight gain anyway so eesp goes against my instincts massively

Foods here :) sorry I won't post it though

Knobs and apple catcher knickers what a classy group we are ;)

I reported that hello fresh as spam sorry but spaaaaaam (mmmm spam)
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

New Year New You Challenge - /6lb
  • Had SW lamb kebab 'fakeaway' made with lamb mince cooked in the slow cooker today. Was absolutely lush. Tasted remarkably like a 'real' donor without the grease. We had it with a wholemeal pitta and a massive salad. Stuffed now :)

  • Recipe for you shala...

    Ingredients

500g lean lamb mince, (10 syns total)
    1tsp oregano
    1/2tsp Italian herbs
    1tsp garlic granules
    1/2tsp cayenne pepper
    1tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper.

    Method

Mix the herbs and meat really thoroughly. Knead it until it is smooth and looking like a solid lump of meat. I worked it for a good 10 minutes. Then, using your hand mould into a meatloaf/brick shape. Place in the slow cooker either on high for 3-4 hrs or low 5-7. When ready slice thinly and serve. I put mine on balls of foil to stop it sitting in the juice.

You could make this free by using ex lean beef mince, less than 5% fat. If you use the ex lean beef mince and a lamb oxo cube crumbled in I've been told its very good, and syn free .

Just done that test and looks like I'm the same and should be doing 5:2. Don't think I could do that I'd be starving on the 500 cal days:rotfl:

Hi all, well done on the losses!

Can't resist the pj's debate, I love being in mine! When I have a pj's day, I confess to waiting till it's dark to take out the rubbish, so less chance of frightening the neighbours!

As for bucket knickers... er, there's another kind? :o

Really enjoying my salads now, and I never thought I'd be saying that. I have spinach and rocket (not keen on lettuce), cucumber, grated carrot and either chicken breast or hard boiled eggs, with 2 tbsp. of light mayo (synned).

Dinner was brown rice with onion, peppers, mushrooms and chicken.

I'm also doing 15 mins of wii step every day now, and at work I climbed the full set of stairs (4 small flights) today without having to stop halfway and without feeling half dead at the top!
I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
