So now I do not know where the parcel is as no card was left. I now have to contact the retailer apparently as I cannot ask them what they have done with it.
I had the same (again) last week it was actually dumped on doorstep the day after it was "delivered". I just have to avoid any seller using them on ebay.theonlywayisup wrote: »Why can't you ask them?
You can phone, email or even better tweet them you will have a reply in under an hour on business days, slightly more at weekends, but a reply nonetheless.
Its not up to a buyer to waste time chasing a courier the seller decides to use, its up to seller to chase it. I would never expect a buyer of mine to chase up couriers:eek:0 -

I have tweeted to two large companies in t e past month and neither replied.
Strangely, I got home today to card from Hermes saying they had missed me but this was their 2nd try to deliver. I imagine this is the same parcel so goodness why they told me it had been delivered and signed for. Hopefully it will return tomorrow and I will be in. Thanks for advice - haven't yet heard from the actual retailer although I have emailed them."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

I've only had one issue, with a broken plate. This is quite a few years ago. I took pictures straight away to send to the seller, and they refunded me very quickly. I guess they took that up with myhermes.
If anything. I would say Yodel are the worst.Always open a case if your unhappy with a transaction :money:0 -

to stop the 'clock' on the delivery0 -
Well parcel has just been delivered. The courier absolutely denied that it could have been showing as signed for on Wednesday
I would rather she had just been honest if they had pulled a fast one.
