Having been keeping an eye on Food and Grocerys to see what is confirmed about a Sun voucher for £5 off fruit and veg in Morrisons,
tomorrow I have phoned my local branch and was told they had received an email today confirming this. £5.00 off, no minimum spend
and valid to the 10th. Free fruit and veg, great for us SW peeps.Slimming World at target0 -

Hugs Frogga. Dentists are mean!!
Does anyone do exercise that you can easily find online and ideally free, but that you can do as/if and when? With 2 small kids I find it almost impossible to find much time to do 'body magic' and it won't be at a regular time.
I'd like to go out walking a bit more but doing it with a 2.5 year old in tow is not ideal. She 'runs' everywhere, but it's slower than my walking. At least I can stick the baby in a buggy or sling!
Also an idle thought earlier. For those of us with sufficient padding to lose it, how come there isn't a club20 or 30?!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

I cant do a lot of formal exercise due to arthritis. but I swim
regular, not easy with your littlies but a couple of things come to mind. I can manage a few seconds running on the spot whilst waiting for kettle to boil. and my absolute favourite is a mad dance or two when the fancy takes me, well theres only me to see it :rotfl:

Mad dancing? Well, my toddler can definitely do that! I'll try keeping her company (and probably get told 'No Mummy') :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Hi there,
I just joined SW on Monday and I found the group to be lovely! I'm feeling positive about it but I'm struggling with working out syns for a few things. It can feel a bit lonely as my family isn't too keen on 'healthy food'so I thought I'd join in here. I've got over 4 stone to lose so hopefully I'll make some progress!
