I need a way to get more fibre into him, he's really not a veggies fan, hates the texture of most of them. Answers on a postcard before I force feed him :P I don't have a blender or anything like that.
Without knowing if this is a Can't go or Hurts to go then it's difficult to know which to recommend...
For both options you can just buy some fibrogel from Asd@ hun as they always work for me! If he's really struggling to go or it hurts then you can always use Dulcoease capsules (also from Asd@) as they really soften it into liquid. The best way to "help" in that department if it really hurts is to only eat liquids: so soups or curries etc.
If it's that he can't go then just add in some brown rice or wholemeal rice or bread. You can mix wholemeal/brown version in with the ordinary white kind if he doesn't like it.
Definitely though, the liquid thing works and only a couple of days can make a massive difference with the Dulcoease and Fibrogel. If it's a Hurts to go and it's REALLY bad then try Anusol too (suppositories) to help...
Hope that helps and I really hope he gets better soon! xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

have been having a bit of a spend up over the easter holidays which is very naughty but rather fun - lol.
need to get back to not spending now for the next couple of months to get back on track.
its so hard staying focussed.
i cannot wait to pay this debt off and start living again xx
I feel your pain! It is really hard to stay focussed sometimes but I keep trying to think of how amazing my life will be once I don't have to pay anyone back and the money is my own to buy things guilt free and actually have a life again! We'll get there hun, this is the worst bit cos we're quite a way into the challenge but the end still seems quite far away but it's only approx 8 paydays left so it's not that long really! Keep up the great work hun xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Jemma - hope you are ok with all your injuries!
Fallen - when I make stuff like spag bol, I grate carrots and courgettes into it... you can hardly tell they are in there, and they soften up. Mr S didn't eat veggies when I first met him, but he darn well eats my spag bol!
Jakes-mum hpoe you feel better now - those tablets can't have been doing that much if you felt so sick and now feel worse. Get them changed asap.
Was up at 7am for an interview in the big smoke today. Knackered now! Kept waking up panicking thinking I'd overslept, then felt really ill cos I was so tired, and had Mr S trying to pounce on me... I was SO not in the mood!

Been to both
Twice to Golden Sands, Three times to Butlins Skegness.
If you've got kids then Butlins has a lot more to offer on-site (and would be my choice), the beach at Golden Sands is amazing though.I was a DFW, now I'm a MFW :T0 -

Doesn't time fly by, I posted on 31 March just before I went on holiday and all of a sudden we have a new thread and it is already 20 odd pages long another thing we all must have in common apart from our debts is we all like to talk :rotfl:
This is the first chance I have had to catch up and get anywhere near my computer since I came back. Anyway Jemma I had a fab holiday a few days away to London only just managed to bring myself to check the bank balance to see what the damage was, but hey ho we had a great time. I am at least back on the wagon and will minimise my spends now !!!
Back to trying to cut down, already changed my utilities, my car insurance and thinking about cancelling sky. How long would I have to wait to phone back for a better offer as I am paying full price for everything just now. Also going to look at life insurance this week to see if I can get that down a bit.
I have also cleared off a few of my creditors so I am going to start snowballing next month :T
Managed to shop at Lidl on my way home so my grocery spend hasn't been as bad the last couple of weeks, I just hope I can stick to it.
Here is my update for today, I have spent a bit on the cc while away but I am not going to add this to my debt as I have some OT money in my next wage which I will use it to pay this. I have paid off £377.57 today bring my new total to:

Hello everybody, sorry I've been AWOL I've been down at the parents playing with my gorgeous 2yo nephew and saw my littlest 10wk old nephew smile at me for the first time, twas amazing! I've been spending on fabric again I'm afraid, so now I need to get on and make things to sell at the craft fair next month.
Anyway, before the day is done I best suggest a mini challenge: Five A Day
This week I challenge you all to get more fruit and veg in your dietsI've been finding where I've been getting lazy my food is becoming more dried pasta & a tin of sauce, less cook it from scratch and make sure I eat my daily requirement of fruit & veg. So.... challenge this week is to see if you can eat 35 portions of fruit & veg, they can be tinned, dried, stewed, raw, however you choose
Healthy bodies lead to healthy minds, and fruit & veg makes us happy chappies because of all the lovely vitamins (although I'm sure you all know this already and most won't find this a challenge at all
)
