I could delete the two FP I set up last week but the two I made weeks ago won't let me at them.
If I click Amend it says Error: String not found. You do not have any Tesco accounts that allow money to be paid out.
If I click Cancel (the FP) it says, System Unavailable. Sorry we are not able to complete your request. Please try again or click Contact Us.(To tell us what we need to fix next!?)
So I will have to leave them be and let the FP's go!
P.S. I closed my Tesco credit card a few weeks ago; I'm so glad.
Well, leaving aside the difference we still appear to have in the titles for these sections (for me the new system is, and has always been, 'Move my money' > 'Money out' - how odd that we have different presentations !) you are experiencing the same snags as me.
I still get daily calls from the Tesco Operations Manager who is instigating the changes, so he now knows about these glitches which we have only known about after the 1st glitch was cleared so we could actually see 'Future Payments' !
As I mentioned before, I too had some aged FPs carried over from the old system, but as my confidence in the process is eroded, I can't edit/cancel them nor see the details about where the money 'should' be going he has (on my request) deleted them for me so I can do them 'manually'.
That way at least I can see all the details of them and have more confidence they are at least being sent to the right payee, although I am still having issues with my funds actually getting to their destinations !
He is now getting his technical staff to try and sort out these 'new' glitches... :rotfl:

Yep, (most of) my missing FPs finally showed up yesterday (28 June), but I coudn't delete or amend.
Which is a shame, because I moved all but £1 out of my account over the weekend.
The next withdrawal is £201 scheduled for Friday 1 July. I'll have to let it go ahead, because I'll be away from my "regular" computer until the weekend.
Before I go, somebody might be interested in my experience with linked (not 3rd-party) accounts, or what the rest of the world would call direct debit mandates.
I had two of these set up on the old system. One of them appeared as a "linked account" last Wednesday (22 June).
I tried to set up the missing account again, but this apparently failed (details in an earlier post). Twice.
But the next day I had two new linked accounts, or rather two new DD mandates set up on the "missing" linked account.
And now I have three, since the original finally showed up on the list yesterday.
Well done, guys. At the rate you're finding and fixing the bugs, the system shoud be fit to go live in about six weeks.
I shan't be using it, though - not unless and until I can (a) access the account from anywhere without a mobile phone, and (b) deal with non-critical problems, or report bugs, by email. If I have to telephone, I'll close the account (that's not just Tesco, it's my policy with all supposedly "online" accounts).
Yes, again you're experiencing some of the same snags as me.

It's important to point out that he has told me that these glitches are manifesting themselves in different ways for different people (that inspires confidence doesn't it ? !), hence the need for each of us to highlight them as they might be slightly different from others with similar problems... :rotfl:

I was wondering if I could set up a second "regular" computer without a cellphone, simply by copying the Flash LSO from an existing "regular" computer.
So I tried it.
And now I can log in from all of the (three) computers I use daily.
It's almost worth a smiley.0 -

I set up a future payment for yesterday (obviously, before yesterday, I'm not doing any time travel stuff here!) It left the Tesco account, but still hasn't appeared in my current account. Advice is to wait until tomorrow, then to panic if it still hasn't turned up. But, as I'd rung Tesco to say 'where is it?' I decided to close the account as well. Personally I haven't had problems, but given the publicity, and the fact that my bonus period ends in a month anyway, I thought it was time.
I also work in IT, and get really annoyed when IT implementation are done badly!
So, lets see if the money turns up tomorrow or not? If not, then I think I'm going to sue....0 -

Yes, I'm also not sure payments are making it to their destination - I'm missing one from 6 days ago...
Too late for you, but others should note that Tesco have automatically 'renewed' the bonus every year for me since 2006 - confirmed by letter containing the 'good news'.
For those wishing to 'stick' this fisaco out that may be keeping in mind.
With all this current 'fuss' there might even be better news as an enticement to stay .... !:rotfl:0 -

Albeit at a lower rate than for new customers.
Still, better than most banks who don't renew the bonus at all.0 -
Ah! My missing money has now arrived at the destination account. So, a faster payment that took around 36 hours I think.....0

Interested in how to do this .............0
