Kenny4315 wrote:Personally I think the discussion surrounding misprices and the CS policy ,etc is vital to the whole point of this thread, (and shouldn't be separated off), which is getting the most out of Mr T for misprices, it isn't just about knowing the incorrect prices, but it is all about the stuff the goes around the policy, aswell. Any joe bloggs can walk into mr T and find mispriced stuff it is not too difficult, just walk down the meat aisle. What they don't have is the access to the shared experiences of how to deal with the CS staff when they start playing up, you'll lose that on this thread if you separate them out, that's what results in making sure that a refund is obtained. :money:
This hurts...;) but I have to agree with kenny here, especially that there is now a list with the prices on.
Although I still do not see how you can be refunded for something that has "no charge" related to it.

I am wondering if there is a way that all new mispriced items could be added to the original post in chronological order. Thereby providing one place where all the prices are, and the end of the thread for those who wish to discuss their experiences and problems. I like many of you struggle to find the correct page for the recent misprices and find this frustrating. If not could redfox close this thread and start a new one, just for misprices, and delete all non misprice replies ruthlessly. We would all get the message I think, if our posts were just deleted. And we would then post in the correct thread. To win a competition gives you the spirit to carry on (Comping).0

Almost got caught out today at one store, and did get caught out at another today.
Gammon £8.48 on ticket, £7.97 on shelf. Happily loaded 4 into trolley. Then, don't know why, maybe because I know the price HAD been correct before, I walked all the way back to the price checker and it was scanning at the lower price - phew!! Back on the shelf they went
Went to another store - Da Vinci code - 3.73 on book, 3.21 on shelf. Didn't bother with self scanner, as it doesn't work in this particular store ( I usually ask someone on a quiet till), but it scanned at 3.21. Oh well, something new to read and apparently it is good!
Whole chicken roasting in the oven now to put in the fridge for tomorrow and gammon for dinner tonight -Roast chicken last night and it will be organic steak on Sunday!!! Thankyou Tesco!!! (although I'm currently munching my way through yet more beef in gravy for my lunch!!)"Stay Wonky":D

The Abuse Controllers are removing all links in signatures following the ruling by Martin in the thread here (which says there must be no clickable links in signatures at all).
The rules are currently being reviewed and revised so that there won't be discrepancies between the example you quoted and any later changes or clarifications that have been implemented since then. In the meantime, if you would like to know why it was removed, if you email Abcon I'm sure they'd be happy to explain what the problem was.

ok, I've had a think about this problem and think the following may be an answer:
I'll start a new thread which is for listing misprices only
Although I'm loathe to have discussion threads on grabbit, I do think this Tesco thing is an exception so we'll have a dedicated thread just for discussion of the policy. This is a once off though, other topics won't get their own discussion threads
Discussion posts in the misprices thread will be deleted (as the vBulletin tools don't have the ability to move posts between threads)
I'll close this thread now and start the new ones
Hopefully that will please most of the people most of the time0 -
To clarify
Is that new mis-prices or confirmation of which sites we have found them0 -

as long as it's an actual misprice you are posting, rather than a discussion point, then that's fine0
