That's another 1/2 lb off for me.

Anyone who's seen me post on August Grocery Challenge will wonder how (I do!)

I take it you're not breastfeeding :rotfl: 0 points for that then
    Age 35 - 50 : 3
    Stones you weigh: 13
    5ft 4 in or above : 2
    activity (mostly sitting): 0
If you're mostly standing add 2 points, mostly walking add 4, manual labour add 6.

    total points: 21.

    hope this helps.

Many thanks Dellybelly. :T Yes my job is sitting almost all day so 21 points it is. No i'm not breastfeeding although I did enter a competition the other day where I pretended to be a new mother. I should explain that I was trying to win a przie for my daughter who is expecting a baby in October. One of the questions referred to breastfeeding - made me laugh as I answered it.

I'd better start planning how I'm going to spend my 21 points.

  • Hi everyone
Well done to everyone who lost weight this week. I havent had time to read the thread and catch up but just wanted to post my weight for this week, unfortunately I stayed the same this week so no loss for me this week, have been so busy at work, have barely had time to do anything. When I get home I'm too tired to even think lol.

Hope everyone has a good week. Chat again soon.
    Cheers
