Petrichor - what sauce are you doing with your chicken? Am trying to plan my menu for next week and I can't think what to have with chicken other than gravy.. which I love (could drink the stuff! I Know! ) but not good for the waistline! and want something different.

    Thanks

I fried a finely chopped onion in some fry light until soft, then added some dried herbs de provence and a can of chopped tomatoes, and simmered that for a while. I use a variation of this quite often, sometimes I'll add garlic, mushrooms, courgettes or peppers etc depending on what I have in the fridge; but do at least part cook the onion before adding to the tomatoes as I find they have a metallic type taste if you just dump them in raw. It's nice and low cal :D

ajax - have you decided the rice is worth 4 points (sounds ok to me) How is your first day of WW going?

.......going well thanks delly. Had a spare 8.5 points to waste so had a bottle of wine. My kinda dieting :D. I do have to say though, I think that WW is extremely harsh on ladies. Six extra points just for having a penis is great but embarrassing.

Wifey had told me the points value of the rice (after I'd eaten it - I was guessing 4 or 5, knowing I had loads in the bank)
