Petrichor - I fully sympathise. I hate butterflies, moths (especially hate moths!) and spiders. I can just about cope with other creepie crawlies. When DH is at work I often ring my dad (and I'm 30 with 2 kids!) to come round and get them out for me. One evening last summer a large moth settled in DS room. DH was at work, parents were out. Next door neighbours were out so in the end, after more than an hour of opening and closing DS door, looking at the blighter, deciding if I was brave enough to attempt to remove it I packed up DS, DD in their Pjs and went round to my parents and got into their spare beds :rotfl: What a treat for them when they returned home. I had contacted DH and asked him to come home and remove said moth but apparently I was over-reacting  :rotfl: So come on, Petrichor, I've shared my story.......

Went to gym and had my body analysis. Their scales weighed me same as SW which was good. Does anyone know what body fat % should be??

:rotfl: I would have done the same Honey, I hate moths the most of all too, especially the big fat hairy ones that dive-bomb you.
My story isn't half as good.... H had just driven away, when that vicious butterfly zoomed into the room and landed just in front of me. I swear that it waited for H to leave and took it's chance. It had a very menacing demeanour and scared me out of the room. DD and I were at a loss, then DD
cleverly decided that if we threw rolled up socks at it, it would fly back outside. So while she did this, I [strike]hid[/strike] stood behind her giving words of encouragement, but the beast just stood it's ground flicking it's wings at us in what can only be described as a threatening and aggressive manner. We were confined to the kitchen to await H's return :o

I must say thank you to both Honey and Lois who understood our dreadful ordeal, but that I am deeply disappointed with Victory and Suggs who should have noticed flis21's post directly after the one where I poured my heart out about said butterfly, where her avatar shows just how vicious these beasts are..... 9df50670db.gif ......QED....Anything that can attack Bambi is no friend of mine.

    xxxx
(I will now go to regroup and try and come back with proper LW stuff later)
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Honey the March Challegne was my suggestion, 5lb by next weeks weigh-in, Then we can have a treat over Easter (if so desired :EasterBun ) and restart is week commencing 9th April? I did suggest the April challenge runs from April 9th till May 7th week (Early May Bank Holiday) But This again is only a suggestion and I am, as always, open to offers 

I like the sound of this challenge, what does everyone else think? It fits in well with my plans as I'm away next week, and although I don't intend to go mad, I'm not going to be a diet bore either! (I'll give the 24oz steaks a miss though! ;))

Who's up for it, and how much do you want to set yourselves as a target?

    LL

p.s. Honey has very kindly offered to do the chart next week, so please post your weigh ins as usual.
    Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.3

    HI to all the newbies

Stick to this thread and you will get lots of support, encouragement and advice from all the good people. I know I have.

Went to gym yest with PT session. Found out I was doing lots wrong, which with my back and sciatica is not a good thing... also got told off for wrong footwear:confused:

Suggs she did say that I should try to look at the calories and improve it each time,I have just been doing 40 minutes CV but dont think I ever left my comfort zone so it was mostly ineffective.

Took DS to hospital today for check on his hand...Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen, and was in less than 2 minutes:mad: Then got sent to another department for him to have a splint made. Went past tea bar...DS got crisps, chocolate, fizzy pop ( we had had no lunch or even a drink)... I looked at it all, desperatly wanted it but walked away:D
I didnt get to eat anything to from 7.30 til 4.00 (when we got home) so wondering now if chocoate would have been better as will my body go into the starvation mode thing???

Have a good holiday. I'm up for the challenge again. Would it be ok to say 5lb?

Honey Thanks for doing the chart ( I wouldn't know where to start). My loss was 3lb.
