Just a quick post as kids are doing my head in and want to use the computer :mad:
Just a thought ----Since so many of us want to sign up for the challenge why don't we start a list, rather than rely on Lois to keep track of us all.
I'll start the list with those who have posted already that they want to be part of it. The next person will copy and paste the list into their post and add themselves on, the next person will do the same etc... That way we will have a "running" list so to speak and you won't need to retype it each time.
Ok, here goes (and if you have already said you wanted to be part of the challenge and I have missed you out, then sorry, but just add yourself on!! Also, if you change your mind just copy the list and remove your own name. Hope this works :rotfl: If its a !!!!!! idea just bin it

Personally I like to see how everybody's doing, not just those doing the challenge. I particualrly like the totals at the bottom.
I don't know the detail but I've always assumed Lois's list is a spreadsheet with formula that automatically updates as and when she puts everybody's results, so she just needs to enter the figures in the one column.

4 stone in 4 weeks! Wow! and congratulations, you must have had to do an enormous amount of exercise to lose so much. Have you checked with your doc about your diet/exercise plan?
Losing weight very very fast means that your skin might not shrink properly and you'll end up with big flaps of dangly skin around your middle. Be careful about that as the only solution to the flappy skin thing is surgery.0 -
weighed in on tue and lost 4lbs!!!! so one and a half stone to date, have been swimming this morning but lost the plot with eating today so have to start again tom. how is everyone, the comp has been playing up so havent had chance to go on here lately.:A :j0
