If it's spam, you need to check 'Abuse', otherwise it just seems to be recorded as 'Feedback'.
the default setting is abuse; I can't see why you need to uncheck the default setting to report spam, it is treated as abuse in any case

    Hi folks,

There have been many requests by users for using the automatic form for reporting abuse. For various reasons, we have stuck to the mailto option but we are now going to run a test where a select group of long standing MSEers will have the automatic submission form come up instead of the mailto.

    WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I've never been one of a 'select group' before:D

Thanks, meher, that is reassuring, but it is not visible to the sender of the form (or am I looking in the wrong place?).
EDIT: OK, I was looking in the wrong place - it is in the address bar!

It doesn't look like we get a response email - at least I haven't. I prefer it this way, I must say.
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

the email system has slowed down I think but I've received for both test messages and the set up is simply so smart, so impressive

You should do. Non-arrival of the auto-response was one of the things Webby asked us for feedback on (see post #1).

I did receive one a bit later. Not that I'm keen on them, but there we go.
