I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me out- I`m looking for the Rowan pattern to make the set of three sitting chickens. I have a coupon to send away for free pattern in Prima but have only just found it and am worried I won`t get it sent off it time before the cut off date. If anyone can help I would be most grateful.

Poppy are these the ones? There is a pic if you go across the photos, wonder if you could get the book from the library..

I saw a photo of a Baby's Surprise Jacket in Let's Knit mag and wondered if anyone could tell me where to get an English version of the pattern, please?

It has apparently been around for years in the States and is knitted in one piece and then folded in a special way- looks intriguing.

After looking at that pattern, I want to make the Elizabeth Zimmerman Baby Surplice. Anybody have the pattern?

I have a nearly 2 year old DS.
A lot of the patterns I have only go up to about age 2 and are quite 'baby-ish'.
Anyone recommend any patterns/sites for free patterns for a 2 year old upward ?
Thanks and loving reading the thread :).

Yes, craftlady, that's it! Anyone know how I can get hold of the instructions, or am I being thick?
  • Decided to get back into knitting again. I have found some chenille wool sat in my attic and located a book called Rowan chenille collection. The only problem is the book is so expensive on ebay I could buy a cardigan cheaper. I know this is cheeky but wondered if anyone has a copy of the book and could photocopy me 2 patterns from it please and then email them. Trying to moneysave.

Sorry hope I'm not breaking any moneysaving site rules by asking this. If I am please delete this post. Thanks
