Attendance notice

Hi all, my girlfriend has just received an attendance notice from UK cps.
The officer was at her old address (parents house) She has seen no letters previous to this, is there anything g we can do?
She obviously very worried about the threat of a CCJ etc

Thanks in advance

UKCPS do not have ''officers''. You mean some jumped up high-vis jacket temporary employee, taking a rubbish job with an ex-clamper firm, while looking for a real one.

When you say ''attendance notice'' tell us what that actually says, does it make it look like the company actually hand delivered and called at the house, impersonating bailiffs?

Show us that nasty letter, host it in Dropbox then share a BROKEN LINK.

Please no reply saying you are new so can't post links...that's why I wrote the above.

She can check whether or not she has a ccj registered by checking out at trustonline website (use parent's address)

    Really want to see this.

Unless she has missed/ignored a court claim, then an officer (e.g. DCBL) cannot do that.

There is a possibility this is a default CCJ at the old address so there would be a need to have it set aside, but the paperwork will show this.

The Civil Enforcement Agents LTD have said they want my new address to issue me with all correspondence ... do I give them the new address?
