Please will you show us the letter FIRST, as we are guessing otherwise.

And no, your priority if this is a CCJ at an old address would be to get it set aside, just as the NEWBIES thread second post tells you.

Your priority would not be tipping off who knows who they are, as to where you actually live.

Show us the letter tonight please. And no posting that you can't post links...

    So you can't use Dropbox.

What about any of the other image hosting services?

IMGBB, Tinypic, Postimage, imgur, flickr, etc, etc.

There are hundreds, but please don't use photobucket.

You were advised to use a broken link, hxxp instead of http, someone will convert it fr you.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. if
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

until you follow advice and post the letter , using a broken link , no one can give any more advice

we do not know if this is a rogue employee , company sanctioned , or an official bailiff type letter , we dont know if you have received 1 or a 100 tickets off this company , we know diddly squat , so until you host that letter I and many others are just scratching our heads , and cannot comment further
