We claim You gain..

Got a call from this company today saying I was entitled to cash as I had a loan from my bank & was miss sold PPI.

Has anyone heard of this company & if so, what's your experience of them?

They did catch me at a bad time & I agreed to a visit from one of the client advisors. I am now wondering if I should cancel the visit.

How do these companies get informmation about potential clients?

  • That's what I thought. I might cancel their visit.

How did they know you were entitled? How did they know you had a loan (as that data is not in the public domain)? How did they know you had PPI on it?

Some by fraudulent means by buying data that they are not lawfully meant to have or the person selling it isnt meant to have. Sometimes the conversation is pure pot luck where they get lucky.

    Hi there

If mis sold, then I would try having a go yourself, so yes I would cancel the visit, tell them their services are not required.

Do you know if you have been mis sold PPI?

If so then follow the link below to free details, and the reclaiming questionnaire, ask for further help if required.
    Good luck.

Claims companies tend to tell people they have reclaims, and yet its not always the case.

I would ask someone from the MOJ to be there also. They can then show them how they got your details and also how they KNOW so much about YOUR sale.

I will claim for you!!:D as long as i can gain :rotfl::rotfl:
Seriously, do as Di said it will only cost you a recorded letter and you will get all the help you need on here for free.;)
  • Had success with this lot, but were bitterly disappointed with the service recieved. Stupidly I should have gone with one of the letters on this site!! (hindsight is great!) they got me before the whole PPI claim court battle went through.

I would not recommend them as I'm battling to pay a smaller amount to them, rather than the 25% they ask :(

My advice: stay clear use the letters on this site and do it yourself!!!
  • Had a call from these people. I asked how they got my details, their reply was that it was on their database. The woman started on her scripted blurb about how I had been mis-sold PPI for a loan that I had taken out some time over the last 10 years. I politely told her that I had never taken out PPI as I had steady employment during that time as a member of the armed forces. She immediately lost interest in the call and tried to hang up but not before I requested my details be removed from the company's database!
  • They called me today on my work phone. Same blurb about how their database showed that I had had a loan in the last 10 years and may be entitled to reclaim PPI. I asked what details they had stored and could I get a copy of them. The saleslady said she'd go get her team lead. He came onto the phone and repeated word-for-word the same PPI sales pitch. Again, I asked which details they had about me and where they got them from. The sales guy said "Errr... its more of an assumption than a database. Most people have had a loan in the last ten years."

    Hi all

I need some urgent advice please. My mum has just been signed up by these people to do a claim and I am concerned she is going to be ripped off. On having a quick google I am seriously concerned she is going to end up paying THEM money. She is going to read through the paperwork as I have asked her what the cooling off period is.

Has anyone actually dealt with them? the only person online who seems to have had any dealings was left with a 1450 bill plus interest!!!! Why the hell she didnt come to me I have no idea.

    Thanks very much
