If you haven't got the permission of MSE to post for or on behalf of this company then you cannot state you are anything other than another poster with a personal opinion.
If you do indeed have "first hand advice" to offer about this company, then you'll need authorisation to post it.
Otherwise....0 -
You know the truth? You know nothing. You've proved this by giving no information whatsoever.
You obviously have a connection with the company, but you play games to try and make yourself look clever. All you're doing is making yourself look foolish. And WCUG look even more shady.
Even your colleague/friend/you pretending to be someone else/boss earlier in the thread didn't know squat, and only succeeded in making your company look even more dodgy.
If they're so great, why call me 10 times over 6 days? Despite me telling your call centre script monkey on each call that I wasn't interested. Another referral to TPS, the ICO and the MoJ.
People like dunstonh, taff, magpiecottage, moneyineptitude and many on here and CAG do know what they're talking about. And I'd trust them all way more than a 2 bit company who don't even bother to check the TPS database prior to making a call.Competition wins:
2010 - approx £450. 2011 - approx £800. 2012 - approx £300. 2013 - nothing so far!0 -
I've been contacted by we claim you gain and have gone ahead with a visit. I wanted some feedback to see how successful their claims are but all people have done is moan about being constantly rung. Yes they take 25% plus vat, they state that upfront. How does any company operate without making money? I've persude a claim and got nowhere due to my business partner taking out an IVA, defaulting on loan etc and got nowhere. I now have no time or energy to pursue it. So the way I see, 75% of something is better than 100% of nothing. They are registered with MOJ, I don't see the problem? I've made the conscience choice to go with them and are aware they take a slice. Why are they scammers just because they take a slice to make a profit . It's how the world works. And I'm getting something I had otherwise given up on.0

Clearly you work for these but to anyone reading this thinking that it's a genuine post..
You do realise that you will have to answer the same questions and do just as much work as if you did it yourself. If you want to waste 25% just for a company to put a stamp on the envelope then fill your boots.
They will send you the exact same form (or similar) to fill in. All they do is put a stamp on it for you!"The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money"0 -

Just wait, they'll soon be asking you to call your lender for information and repeatedly fill out the same standard questionnaire or send in the same information because they've lost it.
Basically, using a CMC to complain about PPI is like ignoring an offer of free legal aid - complaining to the lender directly - and instead relying on the expert knowledge of a bloke in the pub.
I'm tired of being lectured by someone who was usually selling free loft insulation or whatever other scam was going last year about all aspects of finance and complaints that they know absolutely nothing about and then having to hear gullible customers who've had their head filled with this nonsense ranting on the same way.
Suddenly banks are not so bad when they're chasing you for their fee and you didn't receive a cash payment. My username refers to my enthusiasm for 'asking the stupid question' I don't think you're stupid!0 -

There is one problem with that. Once you have complained about something with a company, the CMC can't complain again after you, they'll get exactly the same result as you did.
You only get to complain once.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

The reality is:- You will need to complete the FOS questionnaire whether you go direct or through an ambulance chaser
- You either post the form direct to the firm you are complaining against or to the ambulance chaser to post on to the firm you are complaining to
- The ambulance chaser will at best put it into an envelope and pass it on saying they want 25% +VAT (a total of 30%) of what you are entitled to
- As your complaint has been rejected they will now simply send the form to FOS - you can do that yourself for just 50 pence (i.e. the cost of a stamp)
- If it is more than six months since your complaint was rejected FOS will probably be unable to look at it anyway
- If whoever you are complaining to had to write off any debt because of the IVA, even if any redress is awarded, it will be put against that debt but you will have to pay the ambulance chaser anyway despite having received no money yourself - so you will end up worse off.
