apologies for missing last week, but work has been mental.
STS for both last week and this week.
Activity for last week was 139 minsNever put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:

STS since last Wednesday. Calories about the same. Not much at all of outdoor exercise.
So for the exercise challenge, I'll use the indoor bike. (Is an average of 90 minutes per week okay for the month?).
Until end 8/7 = 70 minutes and 35 seconds.
9/7 until end 13/7 = 103 minutes and 28 seconds.

STS since last Wednesday.
Indoor biking for the exercise challenge is another 182 minutes and 6 seconds. Also fredsnail, please will you check my previous posts (#333 and #338) as I thought I had completed more "actual hours"? Thanks.
Other exercise has been gardening and outdoor biking such as foraging for raspberries and blackcurrants, local shopping and a bit further, stocking up on household "Cash and Carry" items.
