    hi lesley74

I see virgin has a sale on though i have not checked the prices though.
been looking myself for next year(though solo) but nothing so far doing for me.

another person who is keen on route 66!

I looked into doing that though it was like motor bike tour thing,
Just im not the most confident driver here in the uk, i think the U.S experince will worry me no end, though a few posters it seems love driving in vegas !

best of luck and a happy new year to you( and other posters too !)

I wasn't sure they flew Glasgow to Vegas but had a look anyway. Nothing great, but hopefully something will come up in the next few months.

I don't mind the driving. The only time I felt a bit uncomfortable driving was in Los Angeles. Was very difficult to get across the lanes - there were many of them and they were moving fast and were packed! I'd still do it again though. With the exception of LA, the roads are easier than here. I'd rather zip around the Vegas area than be stuck on the M8 any day. :rotfl:

Happy New Year everyone, here's to Vegas jolity in 2017!

The 2017 thread is now live and I'll continue updating the front page over the next couple of days.

Just a heads up, the popular Roos-n-More closed (indefinitely) just before Christmas.

I didnt knew Virgin did trips for just the one person. Thought two was a minimum, or rather you could have single occupancy but paid the same as for two. Can anybody confirm?

You can get a Virgin flight for one. I got one for my dad to join us next trip.

No clue about Virgin Holidays. They seem quite expensive to me v separate bookings. We invariably book flights and accommodation separately.
