You should be able to get it on UK TV play . The app is no good but if you have a computer it should be OK.

I like charity shops but the long trouser issue is a problem. Also there are none in the place I live. I'm so nervous about this new job. What if they're all mean to me?

I've had some stress this week, and today ended up vomiting at work. Had some sleep this afternoon. But I am very much looking forward to being fit and healthy again soon.

I am here for a week to do some singing, and see a few sights!

Never been here before, never been to any part of the old Yugoslavia! The people seem very friendly. There are loads of church bells pealing at the moment! Rather nice.

Weather looks set to be perfect.....low 20s and sunshine. Food so far has been delish.

Got the exciting task of painting the shed today

Decided I didn't want to go for the blue (or pink!) after all, and have went for a dark brown colour instead. I bought an insect box, and will buy other little bits to put on it too, and figured because that is a bright seagreen colour, it would stand out better and contrast better against a dark shed.

Aside from the massive breakout on my face and my constant sweating, I look pretty good though. Went for a smartish dress in the end.

Thanks ono. At least I can pretend that my incompetence is down to being the new girl for a bit. :rotfl: Plus, I've had two job offers since I got home from holiday so there are options if it's horrible.

I think if you needed to apply for a new job, you'd be in demand. There are always legacy systems to be supported and most people don't learn that coding language now. I was surprised and really boosted by how many people were interested in my skills when I contacted the agency.

Got a new fiver the other day! Don't want to spend it now lol! Didn't expect them to actually be that plasticy but they are. Wanted to try and see how durable they were, but didn't, because known my luck I'd rip it straight in two!

I want a new fiver! I have little chance of getting one because I don't use cash at all, for anything. Everything goes on one card or another. In fact, I just realised I have about 15p in cash to my name, I should really change that.

We have bit of a problem with Milliefleur, We think she is depressed after her hip replacement. She is home now, has nurses visit 3 times a day and her sister and husband and BIL are staying with her. When WaSp spoke to her yesterday she asked why he only visited once a week. He said he is caring for me as usual; but will get over when he can. She replied well I am sure WaS doesn't need you that much, I am your mother or don't I count? This is TOTALLY out of character for her, she has never said anything like this before. She even asked him why when I rang the hospital they would tell her I sent my love but never said the same when he rang?

She also said she is staying in bed all day and feels awful and cannot eat. Well, when she was in hospital she had gained a lot of weight through eating full meals, was socialising with the other patients and going for two walks around the grounds every day. She is behaving completely differently now and doesn't even want to sit in a chair, nevermind go back to her clubs. It isn't that she is lonely and doesn't have company, she has three people staying with her. Of course, WaSp now feels terrible and that he should be there a lot more and I feel like a huge burden in the way of him being with her. I can't emphasise enough how unlike her this is. We have no idea what to do or what is happening.

I can analyse it and see she could be depressed and scared and reminded of her own mortality but she has got to try to get her life back to how it was, no one can do that for her. We know she can go out and move around because she was doing it daily in the hospital, she just doesn't want to do anything now but lie in bed feeling unwanted which simply isn't true.
