    Congrats phoebe!:j:beer:
And fingers crossed for Cherry Daff!

We received the answers of the enquiries and I am a bit... don't know how to express my feelings. The vendor doesn't have any paper work related to work done in the property and says all have been done before buying it in 2000.
The property is extended. So no building regulation, no electric or gas certificates. Our solicitor doesn't seem to be bothered with that.
She says there is no regulated ownership of the left and right boundaries so probably we need to maintain them talk to the neighbours. Do you think those are huge problems?

I feel like I can fade out of this forum now lol.

Especially since beloved but very naughty foster cat (belongs to vendors) is being collected soon. Marks the end of the moving saga for us <sob!>

Thanks for the kind welcomes everyone and congrats to those who have exchanged. We have come to two conclusions: 1) we have had seriously bad luck and 2) our solicitors is really ****!

So frustrating but I sent a simple email on Monday and have heard nothing! All I want is the results from the 16 enquiries raised over a month ago. The EA chased the vendor!!!8217;s solicitors to find out that they had responded to these promptly, even though our solicitor said she had not heard anything. So now she has the responses any chance we can have a look at them?

We want to give notice to our landlord at the end of Feb if we are going to complete on 23/03 however I want to know the enquiry results first. What else needs to have happened before we give notice? Can we push for exchange in the next 2 weeks? And when should we close our H2B isa- asap or 1st March for one more payment?
    Thanks

Cheery, 22cuddles and Phoebe - well done and congrats.

T4Taylor, your date you're aiming for completion of 23/03 is a day after mine! Well, that's the date I've had earmarked as I want to have the keys and get the dog sh*t stained carpets up before my birthday.

Wish this septic tank survey would hurry up!
