    Am not proper ill, just feel like there's a cold coming and feeling sorry for myself. Got that scratchy throat, head feels weird thing going on. Unfortunately I've also got first night at new brownie unit this evening, then a v early train and busy day tomorrow. Oh well - will focus on getting a lie in on Saturday!

    I don't know if it's the weather but I've had a headache since Monday and it's starting to annoy me now.

    Talking of missing people, has anyone seen Calley around? It seems like it's been forever since she posted.

    If you can get hold of some Coldzyme spray from a chemist, that might help........you spray it into your throat and it traps viruses and bacteria.

    It's not cheap, but I feel it has helped me.

    I think I've only ever seen two psyducks around where I work!

    There were lots around the river last time I was down there. From the station to the office is about a 15 min walk... caught loads :rotfl:.

    There have to be some perks to spending so much time travelling.... if I'm going to be getting home at 9pm on a Friday I at least expect decent pokemon to make up for it :D
