Am not proper ill, just feel like there's a cold coming and feeling sorry for myself. Got that scratchy throat, head feels weird thing going on. Unfortunately I've also got first night at new brownie unit this evening, then a v early train and busy day tomorrow. Oh well - will focus on getting a lie in on Saturday!0

If you can get hold of some Coldzyme spray from a chemist, that might help........you spray it into your throat and it traps viruses and bacteria.
It's not cheap, but I feel it has helped me.(I just lurve spiders!)

There were lots around the river last time I was down there. From the station to the office is about a 15 min walk... caught loads :rotfl:.
There have to be some perks to spending so much time travelling.... if I'm going to be getting home at 9pm on a Friday I at least expect decent pokemon to make up for it 0
