Nothing really. I have done here other than the general recycling. The weather has been hit and miss. We had a plumber round to talk about the kitchen work and decluttered some time talking to him. Plans continue to form but make my mind frazzled. The oldM.E. has kicked my butt and so I’m resting lots which means no decluttering. Might go out for a drive tomorrow and look at baths:rotfl: joy oh joy.

Saturday was a gloriously sunny day with clear blue skies from 8:00 a.m. to about midday. Gradually got cooler & cloudier & is now quite chilly. I got up so early (for me :p) because I was expecting the milkman - but he was a no-show :( so had to phone the dairy to cancel milk for Monday & Wednesday as DH & I are off to Wales on Tuesday & back Saturday. We will be getting the last of the Round Britain Rally landmarks. DH will then have earned the points for an 100% All Rounder trophy :T
I have pootled today. Not much decluttering but tidying, combining & reorganising. Went through the 4 shelves in my wardrobe plus a drawer in my chest of drawers & also managed to condense various bits & bobs leaving me with :- an empty fancy shoe box, an empty box file, an empty tin, an empty storage box & an empty lidded wooden box :T. Dinner was omelette filled with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, chicken & grated cheese with fried lo new potatoes. Very tasty & now have no los in the fridge :T

    2734 - 2739 Newspaper, 2 egg cartons, 2 lots of cardboard packaging, 0.5” paperwork & pamphlets - Recycled
2740 - 2748 Five pairs of old prescription glasses, 2 dried up nail polishes, 0.5” of shredding, small bag of kitchen detritus - Binned
2749 - 2761 Five spectacles cases, 2 size 16 swimming costumes, ink pad & 2 bottles of ink, plastic pencil box, empty bangle box, large pot of Mud Therapy powder - CS
2762 Long piece of metal wire - Tip

Well Done :- villagelife only a hop, skip & jump to 1,000 :T; nannywindow glad I was helpful in the kick up the rear category & well done replenishing your stores. I agree - plenty of toilet roll & teabags :rotfl:; Barny1979; short_bird :j 400 :T - :T:T:T:T:T

    See you all tomorrow

Pulled out some bags of dried fruit, nuts and seeds from kitchen store cupboard which are all slightly past their BBE dates so will use them up and count them when empty.

Nothing really special but de-cluttered stuff from freezer, been meaning to use for months, also from garden pots, carrots, spring onions, tomatoes and courgettes. Some have been used, more today and then some over next few days. Have moved some of the Approved items bought into little bedroom Xmas drawer and some packets into my Brexit Box. Not panicing but putting a few items to one side which I like but which may get a bit scarce or expensive, just in case. Trying not to get into hoarding.

Not been too productive recently as managed to badly sprain my ankle so haven't really been able to walk any distance :(

However, this weekend I've fluttered most of the ironing, someone lampshades and an old hanger. The decorating is progressing and we have6 old doors out and 6 new ones in :j
