Hi nannywindow - good work on the garden decluttering :T I hope your collectors don’t do like ours do - we can put out 2 bags of garden waste. However if you put out 3 they leave ALL of them  Grrr to the inconsiderate pet owners

See you tomorrow for cheerleading :rotfl:

Another bag very full black bin liner to the CS this weekend. Handy working there sometimes. I picked up a huge net thing for over a bed. It was torn so I got to buy it for a donation. That is going over to the allotment to protect my brassicas next year.

I was on sorting and the pile was again to the ceiling. There are only 4 out of 50 volunteers who do it apparently. I love sorting although the findings are a bit horrible sometimes.

Best bag this week was from a larger sized lady with great taste in quality clothes and jewellery. Sadly the bag was not gift aided but the contents will probably still make at least £50.

I have also found a use for all the cardboard boxes I am emptying as I clear the Room of Doom. I am looking at doing the 'no dig' method on my allotment, at least on one bit for a start. There is a requirement for cardboard boxes. I have already taken 5 over and there are lots more.:T

    Weekend
Progress towards clean living area windows whilst there was room to do so. Really tiring scrubbing diesel exhaust gunk off a vast expanse of metal and glass. Been trying to utilise the rain this week to [STRIKE]save water[/STRIKE] save energy. :p

    Today
New sideboard delivered, assembled by moi :T and loaded with cookbooks. The light oak sits well enough alongside the wood nearby, but the style reminds me of office or library furniture! Meh.

Cardboard box broken down/ polystyrene packaging bagged. Squirreled away some heavy duty cardboard edge protectors though. :o

Hallway smelled of burning. Decluttered broken cat pheromone plug-in diffuser. Just refilled, should have replaced.

Bathroom stunk of eggs. Decluttered a whole bottle of drain unblocker down the bath plughole.

Cherryfudge some great advice. I have to remember to focus on what I have achieved and be proud of it rather than be overwhelmed with what needs to be done.

919-920 more socks. DH has so many!!
921-922 insoles that are the wrong size . DH has left them so long can only throw them away.
923 empty pack of stock cubes I found in the cupboard.
924 more glass and tiles from the garden.

I gave my husband the donation bag to take to the chazzer today.

I am using up a jar of sugar as a sugar scrub with scented body oil. I stopped drinking tea and coffee earlier this year and haven't used it at all.

Rubbish and recycling have been put out and I need to declutter some weeds later.:)

Enjoy your Welsh break MrsSD !
Well the fence panels are up at last :j. The green waste bins have been emptied ( they are wheelie bins ) and have been filled once again. The panels were so fragile that they fell apart when we took them down , so there is now quite a bit of rubbish wood to take to the tip and we are aiming for Thurs/Frid depending on the weather.
Baby steps are good if they are going in the right direction.
