    Oatbran and banana for breakfast.

    Lunch was fried up leftover potatoes, peas, carrots and sprouts with beaten eggs so ended up like an omelette.

    Tonight we has homemade SW chips, mushy peas and tuna steaks followed by 0% Fat greek yoghurt with fresh strawberries.

    No syns.

    I would swap the banana for raspberries/strawberries or add something speed, no speed otherwise at brekkie

    They're extras after all lynnsey so not mandatory but they are recommended for calcium and fibre. Hope the gin is going down well. :D

    Hey guys weigh in tonight and I only had a 1/2 off result but it’s a loss I know where I went wrong this week and will correct it this week should see a better result. Life’s not good at the moment lots of issues that have resulted in things going real sour real quick. But still determined or as someone joked today it’s not slimming world your on it’s the divorce diet, I didn’t take too kindly to it let’s put it that way, I’ve been trying my hardest since joining 18 weeks ago just felt offended by that as like my hard work never counted.

    I bake them on the grill pan, so any juice drips through the racking
