I'm struggling a bit.........not with going off plan but I think with my push to increase my speed foods, have always since in my teens had problems with a large plate of salad, unless I have loads of bread I get cramps/wind around my mid riff and back - y'day and today have had cereal and fruit for break, again fruit and yog lunch and tuna salad with half JP and my slice bread, but had a dreadful evening.
Lunchtime today I had tuna salad and wham the pain is back, sat with peppermint tea after walking up and down back garden belching.
Last night my MIL suggested a hot water bottle to shift it and it and pepp tea helped.

Sorry for graphic detail but not sure what to do, other than cut out the things which I think it could be and stick with just a big beetroot and sliced toms.

When I say I am desperate to loose wait it is a bit more as I got to goal last Aug and stayed till mid November and here I am with a smaller yet steep hill to climb after putting so much weight back in last 5 mths of pigging out, my excuses were the steriods and basically being low with my illness.

I am not going to give up - want to wear my pin again, put feel like the really off with it

I am same, can’t eat lettuce or cucumber. I just eat things I’m ok with like beetroot, tomatoes & slaw veg ie onion, carrot, cabbage etc bit dubious on tomatoes these days though as bloat after lunch which is mainly tomato :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Is that Afternoon Tea or is there a choice of meal? DH has organised tea out for us with a group of friends in a couple of weeks and I know it'll be a problem. I'm guessing that only scones, cakes and sandwiches will be available. :(

It's a northern tea, i.e. evening meal. :D Not sure where we're going yet but I'll be as good as I can. Hmm yeah afternoon tea is not an easy one to navigate, my advice would just be to enjoy it but maybe that's why it's taking me six months to lose a stone :o

Sue, great to hear that you had a good night - here's hoping for many more!

    Tomorrow's plan:
B - Granola, FF greek yog, tangerine
D - Roast veg (aubergine, courgette, red onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrots) and quinoa.
T - "Chunky veg curry" from freezer (can't remember making that but it was only a month ago), with couscous.
Snacks - Fruit pot (apple, tangerine, passion fruit)
    HEA - Milk
HEB - Granola (this used to be a HEB but isn't under the new rules, however I still have a lot of it to use up, so...)
    Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), hot chocolate (2) = 6
    Exercise - 90 mins yoga

    Have a good week everyone!

Yes it seems to be after lunch, had my bran berries and yog afor breakie and it is there a little, last night I totally changed what I was going to eat, just felt like a bit of comfort food, so had home made oven chips bacon medallions egg and just have tin mushy peas and some mushrooms.

Think I really over did it with salad stuff on Saturday...so cutting back, have noticed can be bloated after stir fry a bit, but Sat and Sun was so uncomfortable. Sticking with cooked veg and my stand by mushroom tom and onions sweated down in pan with a sprinkle veg oxo and my take on ratatouille.

    Bubbs

Did you make the scotch eggs with SW sausage or pork mince and seasoning , and roll in smash or crumbs. Seen two SW recipes.
Got some SW sausage and while I know you are not meant to count the calories they have more cals each than my fav Heck porkies and chicken italien which I make into quick meatballs

Do you know why? Did you stick to plan?:)

Thanks for the heads up on the LM sausages curlgirl. I'll try to get to Sainsbury's today as their offers often end on Mondays.

Not a good day for you yesterday tweets. :(

Have a lovely holiday denise. Do keep in touch when you have wifi. I love France and it's good to know where you are. :)

You're right, I think I will be just enjoying the Afternoon Tea when it comes tete. I might have a good lunch in advance so that I'm not too hungry though.

But that's not for a week or so yet. This Saturday I'm going dancing. The plus side is that I'll be driving so no wine syns, the down side is that we have a buffet meal. Fortunately though people do bring salady bits so if I avoid quiche (and pudding which is easy for me) it's often just some dressings to syn. :)

Before that I'm going to have a good week. Plenty of LOs in the fridge for lunches and all dinners will be low syn. DH and I are out at different times tonight so I can have my favourite.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO veg with pickles and ham
D: egg and chips with mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus
    Syns: NONE!!

A bit eggy but I'm not passing up the chance for my favourite!:D

Thanks Maman. I intend enjoying it!

Not really sticking to plan at the moment but along with the holiday weight I'll deal with it when I get home!

    Today's food (lunch off plan!):

    B - weetabix & milk - HEA/HEB
L - sausage & onion in 2 rolls! 2 syns for sausages, no idea about the rolls thoug - they were white ciabatta with herb & onion!
D - eggs, bubble & squeak made with mash, LO cabbage and cauliflower. If there's half a tin of beans in the fridge we'll have those as well.

    HEA1 & 2 - milk
    HEB - weetabix
    Syns - loads!

    Denise

bubbs will be around soon to tell you her recipe I'm sure. :)

As I'm a target member I can get free access to the website provided I go to WI every 8 weeks. After that access stops. It suits me as I know I have to stay on plan enough to maintain within the 6lbs window. Do ask if you want to know any syn values. :)

ETA : went to Sainsburys and bought 3 packs of LM sausages so I'll be OK for a while.
