It'll be much fluffier if you separate the eggs first then whisk the whites before stirring in the egg yolks, sweetener & cinnamon. Used to make savoury omelettes this way too (without the sweetener & cinnamon of course, LOL!).

Can't believe how early I got up this morning! I was up just after 5am:eek:. That's unheard of for me unless I've have to get up to go to the airport or ferry terminal!!! It's the time I used to get up when I was working.

Not completely sure how today's going to go as DH is BBQing BBQ pork ribs for lunch! I've made a Free SW BBQ sauce so at least that'll save a few Syns:rotfl:. As long as I only have one rib I won't be too far over syns for today.

    The plan is:

    B - fry up - 2 butchers sausages (2); 2 slices black pudding - 100g (7.5); mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, egg
L - BBQ pork rib - 100g (7.5); roast potatoes, roasted onions, butternut squash & peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, mashed swede. As you can see I have quite a bit of veg which needs using up before going on holiday!
D - not sure but probably a cheese salad sandwich (HEA1/HEB)

    HEA1 - milk in teas
    HEA2 - cheese?
    HEB - bread?

    Syns - sausages 2; black pudding 7.5; pork rib 7.5 = 17 (but maybe an extra 7.5 for a 2nd rib:rotfl:. If I have a sandwich a couple of syns for spread

    Have a good day everyone.

I have been reading all your entries and you guys are all doing well. I have been sort off following sliming world but doing myself and lost 1 stone but want to lose more before my holiday in July. It does seem very slow at 1lb off but at least it’s coming off. Well done to everyone so far.

Welcome Schoolworker a lb a week is good. Weight that comes off slowly is more likely to stay off which is why crash diets don't really work. SW say that you should aim for 1-2lb a week. I've never lost 2lb in a week! Most of my weight to target came off at 0.5lb a week with the odd week losing 1lb! I've been at target since July 2012 so nearly 7 years now.

If you'd like to post your menu plans we'd all be pleased to comment if something doesn't look right. I don't know if you're aware that there have been a few changes to the plan in the last 6 months or so!

If you have any questions feel free to post and someone is usually around to answer them.

Stuffing balls are generally between about 2 and 3 syns each missli. No problem if you've got the syns. Do you have gravy with your roast? I've made stuffing balls with LM rosemary and onion sausages . They're good but a bit pricey unless you can get the sausages on offer.

Off to football later for the last match of the season. We've timed it perfectly as there's just one Crunchie left!;) I'll have a small bite which will be about 2 or 3 syns. Strangely, I'm not a chocolate person but yesterday I really fancied some mid afternoon. I had about 4 syns of 70% and enjoyed it.

Dinner is all prepped and the casserole's cooking now so that I can reheat when we get home. DH and I plan to go into the city centre early and have a light lunch.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana, skinny syrup
L: JP with tuna mayo and salad garnish (hopefully)
D: beef in 'red wine' casserole with onions and mushrooms, SW roast potatoes, carrots, swede & carrot mash, kale, cauli
Syns: Crunchie 3, mayo? cornflour 1, weekend wine:D

Line to be drawn after today and have a few serious minimal syn days. :)

According to my supermarket the LM red onion sausages are £1 in A and S at the moment.
    Hope so......

They'll be just Paxo stuffing balls, primarily because my son likes them. I will have just one, if any at all, but I might have a Yorkshire pudding instead. I often just use meat juices with my roast, (Sometimes use browning, but not today) and I never add extra fat/oil, unless covering with bacon (which I'm also not using today).
I had a few syns last night, (wine, avocados), so will be having minimal syns this week too. Today I'm putting a teaspoon of honey in coffee as my treat. So 2 or 3 x teaspoon which equals around 2.5 Syns, plus 1 Syn for a Yorky pud, unless I have a small stuffing ball. :D
