You are able to advise on reading the small print, you say how you record every type of call and you say this is what you get paid for. Even though you are in the unpaid trial period.
Oh wait, is that a story unraveling I hear?
It sounds like someone is being a little pedantic to be honest
I have loyalty to every job i have doesn't everyone? In all honesty, if you pass your trial period then you are paid for the hours if you dont pass then you dont get paid for it. So in a way what i said is true.
I will defend the company and the industry as i see it from a different point of view now. Prior to working for a survey company i had the same feeling most of you do, on how they are time wasters, how they cold call etc. It used to really annoy me.
But now i see it from another angle, i see how that in respect our own neglect on reading contracts and small print causes companies to be able to call us. I understand how frustrated the agents feel when people are being nasty to them etc, yes its annoying sometimes, but we bring it all on ourselves.Doing the investigation work - you don't have time to do.0 -

Pedant? you know me so well.
The frustration comes not from a single call which I, and most people, wouldn't mind. The frustration (leading to anger) comes from repeated calls at all times of day (& night) despite requests to remove details from their databases.0 -

Well then if this is the case maybe you should take my suggestions on board, take callers names and the times of their calls then follow up with the helpline number which i have said i will provide if requested. My point is, your more than willing to complain about it on here and spend time doing so, so why not spend that time more wisely in actually doing something that will stop these calls? Doesn't that make more sense to you?Doing the investigation work - you don't have time to do.0 -

Firstly, you're not actually an employee are you? You are treated by them as self-employed (despite the fact that you are not really self-employed), so that they can avoid paying E'ers NI, sick pay and holidays and also avoid the costs of PAYE. So they pay you a crap wage and expect you to pay extra in terms of NI, just so that they can save a few quid.
As I understand it HMRC are taking an interest in them after a number of ex-"employees" complained that it wasn't made clear to them that they were actually self-employed and ended up with fines for not declaring themselves self-employed.
That is how much they value you.0 -

Firstly whether your self employed or employed directly when you work with them or for them you part of the oganisation which is known as an employee.
Secondly its made more than clear that its self employed. People will complain to save their own butts to be honest. They pay you a normal wage, to be honest, if you work from home have no over heads then the wage is actually inline with most other call centre jobs to be honest. Have you ever worked for foxy yourself?Doing the investigation work - you don't have time to do.0 -
Seems to gloss over what a dodgy company they are as an "employer". Why would anyone want to work for a company that is basically conning their "employees"?You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0

Whatever do you mean by that?0
