Yes, that's the recipe. After vowing never to buy any more recipe books I borrowed 'Everyday Veg' from a friend and had to get my own copy. Loads of really practical stuff in there that I actually cook, the fennel pasta is fabulous. Not completely off topic - last week I made his carrot hummus which was yesterday's lunch.Life is mainly froth and bubble: two things stand like stone. Sprouted lentil salad (sprouted green lentils, radish, tomatoes and cucumber. Put a bit of apple cider vinegar and tamari sauce on it) with a small jacket potato.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy
