We have swapped meals around today so for lunch shared a shop bought pizza, cooked at home, with a bowl of salad each and a piece of cheesecake.

Spicy carrot soup and a chicken thigh for me and He Who Knows has gone fishing with a packed lunch of a ham and cheese sandwich, a jar of chopped fruit and a slice of gingerbread. Also a flask of tea!0

I don't usually have lunch on Saturday but today I had cheese on toast. Well my version. Two slices of bread in the toaster, then a slice of ready sliced cathedral cheddar on each. Microwave for a minute to melt the cheese. Top with brown sauce. Eat with a bottle of Pepsi Max in the garden. An apple for afterwards.0
