They are facts. We, that is to say my wife and I, aim to run fewer accounts. Are you always such a twerp?

Its up to you how many accounts you have so it maybe 'facts' to you.

Has anyone else's TSB credit card DD (mine is from a BOS account) not been called this month?

Mine was due to be called today (well I have it diarised as today - I tend to add the date once the statement is created) but although I'm able to login into TSB I'm unable to check the DD due date (as it isn't showing on the overview view and unable to launch the statement) and nothing is pending on the BOS side.

Maybe it'll get called later today but am not confident with nothing showing as pending.

    Yes same here.
Mine is due today from a Santander account but doesn't show as being paid. I was able to confirm using the TSB app that it is due to be collected today.

    Thank you

I've checked the past few months on the BOS account and it's always been the 26th.

At least it's (still) earning interest there! I've contacted TSB as I don't really want to send a manual payment should they trigger the DD too.

Fingers crossed their systems don't flag this to the credit files in the meantime!

I have made a manual payment. I have a 0% offer which ends on 13th May so I paid the outstanding balance less the minimum amount due today.

I managed to access my accounts to find that my account now bears my husband's name - not mine.- and our joint account only has his name on it.

Mine is due from my TSB account as I like to set the CC to pay from an account with the bank it is with (in case of any problems with payments they can’t fob me off and blame someone else). Can’t get into the app so ha e no idea if it’s being paid:rotfl:

If TSB fail to collect the DD, and as a result you lose a month's interest on your BoS account, will TSB reimburse the lost interest?

Online Banking STILL not working! How much longer can this go on?

Wasting so much time trying to access & need to make a payment.

    Various errors experienced.

You'd certainly like to think so!

It is one (of the two) DDs needed on this BOS account so if it doesn't go today or Monday I will indeed not be receiving the interest this month at all.
