thanks for advice, i managed to get on early this morning so the password thing was obviously down to the site. i changed my safe place in my profile, the shop was listed as a safe place not delivery address so that was straight forward, however, i tried to do a return for the mising eyeshadow and also a bag that is going back, i didnt get to a returns form and then got a message saying something along the lines of thank you for your campaign 9 order. it wasnt my order though, i havent put anything through for c9 yet, i have another week and am still waiting on a few orders off people, does this mean i've done something wrong? will i now have to pay for an additional order to get my actual order through? on my order tracking page its listed as c9 and stored, not sure what that means, and its not yet showing as pending credits on my account balance page, is it just that it doesnt go through straight away or have i made a boob?!
thanks,
Jen
Credits don't usually show until you make a payment against the account - so you either have to keep a tally of how much you're being credited, and then pay your invoice less that amount, or make a token payment, wait for the balance to change including the credits, and then pay the rest. HTH!
I've still had the T's & C's come up this morning so have accepted, but if not everyone has had them I will blow my top if it turns out that something fundamental has been changed for some reps but not others.
I also have a pre-loaded customer - two in fact - they are both part of my group on Connects so that makes sense to me.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Not fair!! One of my customers at work has just asked me about avon hair colours and whether she can order them from me. I said, no they don't launch until C10. Then she showed me the website and on www.avonshop.co.uk they are running C9 catalogue, but also have the hair colours on there! Grrrrrrrrrrr.0

Couldn't you back order from your Hello Tomorrow?0 -
Not sure if I like the idea of selling the Hair colours. What happens if a customer uses one, and has a reaction or doesn't like the colour ? bit late if its on their hair isn't it :eek:0

This is what the "Read this before using, and always do a patch test" leaflet in the box is all about!Obviously, we know that nobody actually DOES ever bother with a patch test unless they have REALLY sensitive skin, but once they have been told that they should do, that's that!

I had the terms and conditions come up for me when I logged in earlier.
I'm currently going through my orders for CO opportunitiesAlready found a few and it looks like the make-up has been the most popular seller this time around so I might actually be able to see the delivery fella over the pile of boxes this time :rotfl:

Two options on CT makeup - I had a customer order a mascara so had the choice of either the second product free of charge, or buying from C8 at the reduced price....I went for C8!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Good thinking! Thank you! All sorted!0 -
Question regarding loyalty cards - would you offer a free gift after 6 orders? or maybe make it 4 orders?
Also what value would you put on the gift they could get?
Thanks for adviceBSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0
