My grans hamper has come to a griding halt and I am running out of time. I think its because it is not in a theme that I am struggling but I am not sure. I have some bits in there but not many. Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0

What type of hamper are you trying to achieve?
Sorry, I do read, but forgetthe posts here. If it helps, I try to theme a hamper and if thats not possible, I try to have something to do, something to eat, something to keep (much like if you were doing a Christmas stocking?)
Can you let us know what you have so far? Is it a birthday?
(hark at me with all the questions! :rotfl: )
As its your gran... something to do with the family (photos) Maybe a journal for her to fill in about her (growing up, family memories, remembrances?) which could then become a family treasure?
Now I'm not sure if thats appropriate thing to do or notI do know that I wish I had something similar from my grandparents - but I don't know how they would have reacted if I had asked them to do this!

This is what I have so far:
CD of music from 1939
Old Fashioned Sweets
Bubble Bath
Egg cup with 70 on
Door Hanger
Bath Lights
Muslie
I was going to do her a hamper of things from her childhood but that went wrong. I am now on a very tight budget as well, I am going to make her a chocolate slab and I have a book card too.
She is not into journals and things and she is very fussy to please. Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0 -
Could you get a bowl and spoon and some long life milk to go with the muesli?Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Hi maria, I've got the Lizzie Kate Tea Crazy chart that I could copy for you (PM me your address if you are). Also, I'm sure I've got a couple of other tea/friendship related charts in magazines - can have a dig around if you're interested? If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Just a suggestion ... how about a wheat bag/cushion to keep her nice warm and cosy. I saw 2 for £5 when I walked past The Works today. HTHMummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0
