don't really have a fave to be honest ... double deckers cause me pain though :rotfl: ... I have a tooth missing after I stole one out of OH's fridge before we lived together (he was on holiday in canada) and it broke my tooth in half ... I only have to look at one and I feel the pain :rotfl:
Hmmm I think you couldn't afford to fill our house with chocky :rotfl: would be lovely though wouldn't it!!!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Hope you're okay Rusty - sounds like you're going through a rough time at the moment! Sorry I can't really add anything no one else has said, but big hugs!
Now, I need some more help.. sorry if I seem insensitive by going back to it and not commenting more on your situation Rusty xx
This is for my parents anniversary hamper.. Going shopping tomorrow and hope to get everything else. So far I have..
100 ways for a cat to train it's human book, a book about food, bar of soap, radox shower gel, nivia samples, olay total effects sample, two bars of bloomsberry chocolate and a sample of yorkshire tea (10 tea bags).. what else can you think of? I'm thinking an address book, gardening journal (or just a notebook if they're expensive), maybe a nice candle? oh and those things you can get from superdrug etc to put in baths/use in shower for achey muscles, etc.
Any other ideas, or think I shouldn't get those? Don't want to get too many wash/bath related things becase mum got some for Christmas and I bet there will still be some left by their anniversary. I was thinking of maybe some socks (maybe a sock muffin or even a flannel muffin) but don't think it would really be wanted. Suggestions welcome!
Oh, one more thing. Do any of you not use cellophane and just wrap it in wrapping paper? Do you think it's a problem to do that? I know cellophane is cheap but it's still money which I'd rather not spend. I'm thinking I could just wrap it in in wrapping paper.. would that be okay do you think? I don't think anyone would mind?
Thank you so much guysSealed Pot challenge #508

I know what you mean!!! I usually don't do Valentine's for the OH as his birthday is the day before but after seeing some ideas on here I have done pressies for both this year (and massively enjoyed buying the bits) - have scaled down his b'day pressies as a result so haven't overspent which is good going for me:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

I think my fave is Twirls. A Twirl and a nice cup of tea is lovely at any time of the day:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Just been back into Superdrug and they've still got a 10p sale :j
I've got men's body wash/candle sets (candle alone would cost more than that!) bath fizzers, nail varnishes, eye shadows (perfect for DD's friends birthdays/xmas!) plus they had lots of boxed ladies watches (couldn't believe they were 10p!)
Gonna make my sisters a "Time for me" hamper with a watch, wine, chocs, bubble bath (anything else?) in. Does that sound corny?0 -

Do they still make those "Time Out" chocolate bars? How about a book and/or magazine? Or a DVD to watch when out of the bath...0
