Rusty - Sending you lots of hugs hun!!! My mum had to deal with the same kind of crap when we were growing up - my real dad NEVER paid maintenance either - no matter how many times my mum took him to court over it!!! I thought it was more difficult these days for men to get out of paying the CSA though!!! Take care x

I always think I got off lightly - DDs dad never paid a penny, sent a card or a present, but he also never bothered seeing her. She's now 20 and knows how lucky she is - she wouldn't give him the time of day. Hope it all works out for you x

All I can say is thankyou for your messages of support, you are all so lovely and I couldn't do any of this without you all :)

Rainmac, have you ordered the cement yet? and do you fancy coming to share the cadburys? I don't want to get even fatter :rotfl:

Mary - we used to do direct pay, and then he stopped paying when I moved in March, apparently he had no need to pay! Grrr ... I went back through the CSA then and it takes time to re open a case and get the ball rolling again, plus he is a waster and refused to work for a long time, then he started work, then was made redundant, then started a new job and broke his ankle but he sent in payslips to the CSA with the employer details folded over so they couldn't pursue it, eventually I did a bit of stalking work on facebook and found out who his employer was and gave the info to the CSA they then started to chase it up ... he makes a payment then stops paying lets it get to the stage where he has 7 days to respond to letters then starts to pay and stops again ... to be honest I can live happily without his money, but needs must and keeping an ever growing 6 year old in clothes and the sudden eating spout then anything will come in handy! (he never ate a lot ... less than my daughter and all of a sudden he never stops!!!)

Maria - I cried and cried and cried some more ... then I phoned my mum on skype and cried some more!!! .... I really wanted to speak to my dad but he is having internet problems and has no signal on his phone in bulgaria!! :(

Jailhousebabe, you are lucky ... I wish that would happen with all of this but I think he is judt trying to annoy me out of spite, he doesn't care about my son half as much as he makes out and I just hope in time that my son realises everything that has happened and makes his own decisions ... however that will be a while off still and his dad has time to try and poison his mind some more before then :(

Shelley, a lovely virtual cuppa tea ... thankyou :) x

Su - as always a big massive thankyou xx

Popkins - it is supposed to be more difficult, however some just have the knack at being able to make it difficult.

BunBun when we having that cuppa? lol I promise I will drive through the tunnel ... OH has a permit so I can just drive on through ;)

    Miss whisper thankyou :)

Hels and Jordan Shannon - Thankyou :)

Julie, thankyou, I replied to your email last night x

KandiPandi - It isn't just the legal system that is an *** however I could think of stronger names for him aswell ;)

Hope I haven't forgotten anyone and if I have I apologise but big thankyous xx
