Curly-em i see you took my post the wrong way and i apologise if you thought i was having a dig
I'm all for the points and glitches and share with all when i find them and i must say i've not done too bad over the last couple of months!! Better than the last couple of years :rotfl:
yes and now i feel like if i hadnt been so daft i would of i cant turn the clock back but ive done nothing wrong . ive lost the points and feel like shooting myself
also i dont do tescos now as i go to asda0 -
thats exactly it they can have the points back as i havent got them now thye wont give them back to me so im trying to recoup by taking back some of the items memory cards i bought and photo frames wouldnt u ?
Of course i dont want an argument I'm just saying be careful hun, we've all bought mem cards and frames but used a lot of PC/acm?mailing coupons but the points outway the buy in most cases, i was pointing out before that if you were to take these items back you may be remembered etc for using the vouchers and they may get funny because of the points. It has been mentionned on here already today that boots are hotting up on wanting points back on all returns.coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0 -
Hiya Jellybaby,
I'm off Bootsing soon, may even venture to your local. Which TS voucher beeped, did you notice?
Think I may give up on the Model.Me too as I rarely get SA's willing to manually input the points.
Lucky you with the Med glitch though. Just wish I had a med BOGOF voucher to do this as have 2 newly pregnant friends that would love those sets, never mind. Hope there's some TD hand cream left, I love the smell.
I've bought a couple of the Nivea Young Face Wash stuff with points and I really like it so will probably get some more.
Just waiting for DH to come home with my car and hope he'll babysit for a bit for me. Bootsing is so much harder with a 3 year old and 19 month old in tow.
Must go and organise my vouchers.............lol
Hiya Sam
Today was awful, hope you have a much better time of it than me!
Im sorry but Im not sure which voucher beeped as most of the vouchers bar the MM new mag one went through when I was being served by the trainee lad but then the supervisor tried to void something or other which didnt work so she got all the vouchers that had already gone through back out of the til and started again on her til!!
Wish the SAs would add stuff manually there but I really doubt they will, the supervisor was really nice with me and apologised for my wait but was resolute that you really cannot expect to get points at the same time as the til spit. Well I can expect but not get. LOL. I did say how confusing it was and that many times you can approach the til with the same product that is pictured on the coupon and it still wont work and she agreed and said it had been a nightmare for them lately.
There were plenty of hand creams left and also the Nivea young stuff, three different kinds I think. A wash, the scrub and something else.
Hope you get to go, I know exactly what you mean re: trailing around shops with little ones. :eek:0 -

the only points were the ones out of the advantage machines i havent had any parenting vouchers for about 3 years thats exactly my point with this situation0 -
today is not my day
I just called cs and they said to send the product to them by post, they will send it to L'Oreal to see whats wrong... I give up anyway. £9 lost .
(I'm off to holiday for 3 weeks so wanted to buy something that I will use, but all this with sending by post seems like to much trouble.
(if anyone knows how to speak to cs teach me.... or call them for me :A . I'm really nervous about this.)
They need the product and a covering letter with details from you about the allergic reaction you had, if you had to see a doctor or nurse about it then tell them that too.
They may have to return the product to L'Oreal but the responsibility for a refund is down to the retailer, ie: Boots and not L'Oreal.
No need to be nervous about contacting them, if a product is causing an allergic reaction then they will be grateful that you told them about it, they keep all the info on a database in case they have other complaints about the same product or batch.
PS I found that on the phone they weren't very helpful but once I had actually posted the mascaras with a letter they were great.0 -
