Ladies, just to let you all know. I went into my Boots store and saw loads of NO 7 items reduced. There was big boxes and small ones, and I saw Lipilicious Delicious or whatever they were called reduced too (use your acm and magazine voucher already!), as well these little pink/purple NO 7 box things. If you have extra points or vouchers for NO 7 products, maybe use them on this?

Just found a Boots Customer Care Challenge on Google :D

For a bit of fun, if you want to see if you would make a good Boots employee then take the test here http://bootssituational.nextlevelinteractive.co.uk/index.htm

PS You only get 3 questions but if you click on "Try again" you'll get some different ones.

Probably not. If you bought four, I would guess you'd get three free and pay for one, and of course if you get two you'd get both free. And thank goodness for that; we don't need another incident like the person in Manchester who tried to get 10 natural collection bags when they were going through with as many as you dared for free with one NC item! (Not saying you'd try 10, but if it were possible to do it someone out there might!) That busted the glitch at that store and may have led to the glitch getting busted for everyone the next week. I have a feeling this med glitch could get busted in a day or two as it is, so it might be a good idea to use your vouchers sooner rather than later!

Based on what someone posted earlier, I don't think you can take something back without a receipt if you don't have an account card. I really would try to go up the chain of command and get my 500 pounds of points back; forget the people who answer the phone at CS, say you'd like to speak to a supervisor, and if you get no satisfaction, ask to speak with someone higher up. They are claiming people are signed up for PC who are not, and that's not right. And if they do say you used a PC coupon before when you are not in PC, you can honestly say you didn't know that meant they'd revoke your points! They will say ignorance is no excuse, but they would quite possibly show some mercy as they can see you've had this account for years and been saving points a long time.

Anyone out there know who she should ask for (a title, not a specific name) if she has to go over the head of her CS rep?
Personally I would write a letter rather than phone or e-mail, more likely to get a full explanation that way. Plus you will have a name and signature on a written response so you know who is dealing with the complaint if you need to correspond further.

The address is on the back of Boots receipts, I haven't got one to hand though.

How long does the BOGOF on Med last for?

    Hope I've got time.......
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
    :rotfl:
