Finally got online and saw this:-
*We're sorry, but points cannot be spent online, in Boots Opticians. In store points cannot be spent on prescription items, infant milks (up to 6 months), gift vouchers/cards, postage stamps, mobile phone top-up cards or insurance products.
-I'm sure people have used their points to 'top-up'??? or am i wrong??
- guess it all depends on the SA as to what you can/can't use your points on???? - or does the till 'recognise' if you bought stamps and wouldn't allow the points to be used????
Any one know?? Thanks guys!!XX0 -
Till Spits:
You can use them on a couple of John Frida products:
Frizz Ease Moisture Hairspray 75ml - £2.49 - Pay 49p
Or
Frizz Ease Hair Serum 5ml - £1.99 - Pay nowt!
The last may get queried initially about it being a mini and won't go through, but make sure you get them to try it as they do work!
If in store just look for the tiny little box.
Out of interest. Looking on .com they also have Brilliant Brunette Shine Release Choc to Exp at £1.79. Anyone tried getting it, or found it instore? There doesn't appear to be a larger version of it for sale, which then suggests it isn't a miniture. It could work also.
That Brilliant Brunette Shine Release Choc to Exp at £1.79 is described on .com as: New mini format ideal for trial and travel - so sounds like a mini...."Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -

Ah, ok. Maybe wait until a couple of days to see if you get the letter before you call back? It may have some information you need to know, and will help you plead your case as you'll know exactly what they are claiming.
will wait for the letter to arrive also surely if we had all joined up to parenting club we would of got the parenting vouchers?? which i have had none
i dont think i hold much hope i spoke to 3 people today all supposedly higher than the other.all as stubborn as one another0 -

Woo hoo, reporting back got:-
2 med preg bags £9.99 BOGOF and PC voucher
2 x £2.99 baby expert BOGOF and x 2 1/2 price vouchers (592 & 593)
1 x alldays (100 points pc)
Tried this at first but SA said "oh till says i owe you £1.81 that can't be right" so I hastily grabbed 2 packs pampers wipes (and remembered 500 points baby dept spend £10) threw them in paid 6xp and got 7xx points and a till spit :j :j :j :j she said "oh thats good you've got back more than you paid" (erm thats the idea!!)
So it looks like the multi save takes £2.98 off the if expert are the £2.99 ones i got oil gel and something else that escapes me. I :smileyhea Boots!
great shop hotpot:T I'm itching to get to boots to use my med bogof voucher and 1/2 price expert voucher (must remember to look for the 2.00 CW serum) I didn't have the time for bootsing today. I hope they have some bags left tomorrow. Jem, have you been into our local today?
Well done to everyone who got the free preggy bags:D
cidergirl, sorry to hear you lost 500.00 worth of points. You must be gutted. But if you are not a 3 x PC member and haven't done anything wrong/illegal then you must fight to get your points back. I know I would! good luck0
