Yes this was a Scam, that was reported to Ebay by hundreds of people - they failed to warn any of their customers so they are just as much to blame in my eyes...!!
I would also recommend reporting Ebay to Trading Standards and lodge a complaint with Ebay /Head office.

Most importantly of all he is now Scamming under two company names 'Rainbow Horizons' & 'Xcite Destinations', so make sure you report this when you speak with Trading Standards & Companies Investigation Branch

Well I've just mailed my question asking if they were once Xcite Destinations, if we all ask the same question, they could have hundreds of mail messages in the morining and if we do it everynight that should p them off a bit :T

Anybody who purchased a break from us via eBay can claim their refund by emailing all the details (name, address, booking reference, ammount) to [EMAIL="sales@xcitedestinations.co.uk"]sales@xcitedestinations.co.uk[/EMAIL]

Upon receipt of your details, we will refund, in full, within 14 days.

We have no way of contacting any of our customer from when eBay closed our account. We emailed them requesting the details of our customers, but they were not willing to pass that information over.

We are hoping that all our outstanding customers will email us and we can sort out their refunds as quickly as possible.

xcite travel..are you suggesting that you have absolutely no record of the monies you have received ? I find that very difficult to believe, all the payments you received from paypal would have generated an email with advice and you would also have had at least one email per transaction from ebay with user details.

The fact that your book keeping and record keeping appears to be as bad as your customer relations does very little for whatever reputation you have left.
