It's very rare for them to refuse an application as long as you stress it's the cashminder you want coz of BR.
You may get referred (i did) but it wasn't a problem, think it was just because i'm not on the electoral role.
    Hi Wasp,

I have been referred too so just have to wait and see.

Have sent rent and utilities payments to CAP today so that is out of the way until beginning of August and by next Thursday any others will be paid and done, so its just a case of getting a new account and having the money transferred into it asap - oh, and also getting the ex to change for paying in the maintenance which also isn't due until end July.

You can keep it all on. The mobile phone, don't tell them and just change the DD over to your new account. As long as your bills aren't axcessive the OR won't worry. If you want to go to PAYG then you just don't pay your next bill and include it in your BR and then buy a PAYG.

The Virgin thing just put it down under your home phone and carry on paying the DD.

    That's good news for you.

Just be aware that the Co-op operate a 3 strikes and you are out policy, so watch you don't go overdrawn. Also they don't update your account online very quickly so be careful. But do agree their staff are excellent and we have had a brilliant service since we took the account out.
