  • MoT I feel for you and I admit I haven't followed your previous threads, sorry :(

I opened a Co-Op account before I went bankrupt much to the disgust of my OH as I out off going BR for a while so was using the account and he said I shouldn't! Anyway, I explained to the OR what I'd been doing and they were fine, just told me to let Co-Op know and then it was up to them whether they allowed me to keep the account. I rang today (went BR yesterday) and they were fine as it was only the Cashminder account.

I know it's awful saying this but it really is very straightforward and simple going BR and everyone is sooooo helpful! Just be honest and they will treat you right! :)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Well, I'm back!

After waiting for one and half hours I finally got in to see the Judge who was really quite stern to start with - he did all the usual then said that at 12.06pm today 'you are officially bankrupt', then said in a much nicer tone 'its really not that bad you know' :D

I then spoke to the OR office who said I will hear by letter within 48hrs about when the OR will call me  .

My CAP representative came with me and 'held my hand' so it didn't feel too bad.

Just dreading the OR phone call now and what he will say about my car
